En una cazuela se pone agua a hervir y, una vez hervida el agua, se a\u00f1ade el arroz y se deja hervir a fuego lento, removi\u00e9ndolo suavemente. Ahora se pueden agregar el az\u00facar y la mantequilla y luego se a\u00f1ade el azafr\u00e1n Ravang. (La cantidad de agua depende de la clase de arroz. En caso de que fuera poco, se le puede a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s.) Cuando el SHOLE ZARD est\u00e9 lo suficientemente espeso, se le puede a\u00f1adir cardamomo, agua de rosas y almendra y el resto del azafr\u00e1n.
