Despu\u00e9s la doramos, junto a sal, pimienta y cebolla. Para darle un mejor sabor, se le puede a\u00f1adir mantequilla. Batimos el yogur con la nata y luego lo a\u00f1adimos, junto al azafr\u00e1n Ravang, a la pechuga de pollo. Para que no se corte el yogur y para que la salsa salga bien espesa, hay que dejarla cocinar a fuego lento. Tapamos la sart\u00e9n y lo dejamos unos 15 minutos. \u00a1Ya est\u00e1! \u00a1La salsa de pollo con yogur est\u00e1 preparada!
